Volunteering Opportunities

Volunteering for Royal Manchester Children's Hospital is a fun and rewarding way to help us make a difference. Your time and talent is valuable in helping to support our fundraising work.

We're on the lookout for helpful and reliable volunteers to assist with a wide range of volunteer opportunities. Volunteers must be over 18-years-old, under 18s can attend most of our opportunities as long as they are accompanied by their parent/guardian.

Whether it is store collections, helping out at our events, or assisting in our charity office, there are many ways that you can get involved. Our current volunteer opportunities are listed below...


Collection - Volkswagen North West at Tatton Park

Date:  Sunday 4th  August 2019

Times:  For a minimum of 2 hours between the hours of 10.00am to 3.00pm 

Number of volunteers required:  As many as possible!

Location:  Tatton Park, Knutsford

Age Restriction:  Under 18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult

Details:   The charity team will be out in force with our Beach Buggies supporters at the premier Volkswagen show in the North. We need lots of volunteers to help out with the collection, as the site is huge!  You’ll have a chance to look at all the wonderful cars on display, browse the stores and soak up the atmosphere as well. It is a great family day out! All volunteers will be given VIP parking pass, which includes free entry and parking.
