Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity now treats over 276,000 patients every year so Humphrey needs to buy a lot of stickers, colouring pens, books, games, video games etc to help keep patients happy.
With your school’s help, Humphrey will set a challenge to pupils to collect as many 5p pieces as possible - did you know there are nearly 4 million in circulation? Every pupil willing to accept the challenge will be given a charity cube to collect the 5ps in. The challenge isn’t to fill the cube - although of course that would be fantastic - it is to collect as many as possible.
Sign up your school today and become one of Humphrey’s Helpers and raise funds for both Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and your school*
Schools signing up to Humphrey’s Helpers will receive a fundraising pack including:
Humphrey’s pledge – an information sheet for pupils and parents explaining the challenge
Teacher’s pack – including numeracy and literacy exercises related to the project
A cardboard collection cube for every pupil taking part
Stickers and balloons
Subject to availability, Humphrey can visit with his Humphrey's Helpers Totaliser!
You can register online and we will send you a Humphrey’s Helpers fundraising pack.
We’re happy to discuss this project with you if you would like more information before registering – please call Philippa Boyd on 0161 701 0461.
