A unique challenge

Get your team together for a fundraising challenge like no other!

Your team, made up of between 11 and 17 participants, will race in genuine Chinese dragon boats. One member of your team will be the drummer, keeping the team in sync by drumming along to the rowing.

Over the course of the event, your team will compete in three 200m qualifying races. If your fastest time makes the cut, you could find your team racing in the grand final!

No prior experience is necessary and training is provided on the day. Fitness is not a key factor – it’s all about teamwork and timing.

Rowers must be aged 16 or over and drummers must be 12 or over.

How to get involved

We ask that one lead booker registers their entire team for the event and pays the initial entry fee.

Once you’re signed up, we will be on hand to give you support and tips to make the most of your fundraising prior to the event.
